Entry Information – The following must be included with the entry form:

1. Poplar Place Release Form 
2. GDCTA’s Hold Harmless Release
3. A copy of the horse’s current Coggins report,
4. Payment

Late Entries– Late entries ($25 late fee) MUST be sent via email or submitted online.

Trailer Parking – Once you have unloaded, please park your trailer in the lower trailer parking lot. No trailer parking around the barn area. The area around the wash rack is designated for ship in parking.
