**PLEASE NOTE**
The Poplar Place Release Form, GDCTA's
Hold Harmless Statement, a copy of the horse's Coggins, and payment must accompany
each entry form.
No fax entries will be accepted without prior permission from show management. Fax entries will be held responsible for all fees.
Scheduling Note: In general, dressage Combined Tests will be scheduled first, starting with Amoeba and working up the levels. Show jumping and Combined Tests jumping rounds will be scheduled together (i.e. Show Jumping 18" and Amoeba CT Jumping). Dressage only tests are scheduled after the Combined Tests. All dressage tests (CT and dressage only) requiring a standard (large) arena are scheduled after all other dressage tests. Adjustments are made, as required, to minimize scheduling conflicts.
